Ryann Lavenia
CRNA, APRN
MASTER INJECTOR | NATIONAL ALLERGAN TRAINER | NATIONAL SCITON LUMINARY
Ryann Lavenia, CRNA, APRN, is the president of Face It Botox Bar and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 22 years of medical experience. As a master injector and national Allergan trainer, Ryann’s exceptional skills and expertise have earned her recognition as one of the top 500 Allergan Trainers for Botox and Fillers in the nation. Additionally, she serves as a Luminary Speaker and national trainer for Sciton, specializing in the use of Sciton laser devices for advanced skin treatment.
A Fort Myers native, Ryann attended Bishop Verot High School before becoming a Registered Nurse in Albany, NY. She graduated from the Albany Medical School Nurse Anesthesia Program and returned to Fort Myers in 2005 to begin her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Over the years, Ryann collaborated with cosmetic and plastic surgery specialists, eventually expanding her expertise in 2016 to include certifications in Botox and Dermal Fillers.
Outside of her work at FIBB, Ryann enjoys quality time with her husband and three boys. She is passionate about exercising, yoga, boating, fishing, and traveling, embracing life both in and out of the office.
Mark Lavenia
Chief operating officer
With over 25 years of experience in real estate acquisition, investment, and sales, Mark Lavenia has built a distinguished career working alongside one of the nation’s top home builders. His expertise in business development, strategic marketing, and client relations has been instrumental in driving growth and success in highly competitive industries.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Face It Botox Bar, Mark oversees marketing initiatives and new business development, helping to ensure that FIBB remains a leader throughout Southwest Florida in innovative aesthetic treatments. His keen eye for market trends, combined with a results-driven approach, helps shape the company’s expansion and customer engagement strategies.
Working alongside his wonderful wife, Ryann, the couple’s leadership and entrepreneurial mindset continue to propel Face It Botox Bar forward, creating a brand that blends cutting-edge aesthetic services with an exceptional client experience.
When not in the office, Mark enjoys working out, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wonderful family.

Dawn Bowlin
PRACTICE DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS
Dawn Bowlin was born and raised in Fort Myers Florida. She is an experienced clinical manager with a history of working in the healthcare industry and skilled in customer service, ophthalmology, medical devices, and strategic planning. Dawn lives in Buckingham with her significant other and their dog tater. Outside of work she enjoys boating, spending time with her son, country concerts, and traveling!
Amber Smith
PRACTICE DIRECTOR - ADMINISTRATION
Amber was born and raised here in Lee County. She is a graduate of North Fort Myers High School and attended Florida Southwestern University. She has spent the past 14 years in Medical Office Management. Amber is the proud mother of two children and the wife of her high school sweetheart. She enjoys working out, outdoor sports with her children and spending time with her family.
Jennifer Gault
MARKETING/EVENTS COORDINATOR
A Florida native, Jennifer has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 26 years and has her Bachelor’s Degree in Supervisory Management & Marketing. She has been implementing marketing strategies for her dental offices for over 10 years. She loves working with people and enjoys planning event & marketing for Face it Botox Bar. Jennifer lives in Fort Myers with her fiancé and has twin daughters that are NICU nurses. In her spare time she loves to workout, be with family, friends, attend country concerts and travel.
Kellie Girnys
APRN / MASTER INJECTOR
Kellie Girnys, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. Kellie received her BSN at Kennesaw State University and her MSN at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Kellie is an Allergan certified Master Injector and a Sciton laser advanced practice specialist. Her skill set and experience have led her to her true passion in the aesthetic industry. She prioritizes natural outcomes and creates long-term goals to meet patient goals and expectations. Her field of concentration includes dermal filler injectables, neurotoxin treatments, Sculptra, BroadBand Light, Moxi, Halo, and individualized skin care customizations.
When not at FIBB, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She also loves the beach, traveling, and college football (Go, Dawgs!!).
Krysta Defty
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - CERTIFIED
Krysta Defty, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with a strong background in surgical subspecialties. Originally from Minnesota, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Truman State University in Missouri and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. After spending the first decade of her career in surgery, Krysta transitioned to aesthetic medicine, where she is passionate about helping patients enhance their natural beauty and wellness. Krysta lives in Fort Myers with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, fitness, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.
Hannah Dierksheide
ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER
Hannah Dierksheide, APRN, a proud local of Southwest Florida, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Hannah was born and raised here in Fort Myers and received her BSN at Florida Gulf Coast University. After gaining experience in nursing, providing care in an ICU at the Cleveland Clinic, she then obtained her Master’s in Nursing at the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Hannah made the transition into the Medical Aesthetic industry in 2020 and brings over 4 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, where she specializes in neurotoxin treatments, dermal filler, Sculptra, lifting threads, BBL (Broadband Light Therapy), lasers and customized skincare regimens. When you are in Hannah’s chair, you will feel comfortable and relaxed, while she gets to know you and your aesthetic goals! Hannah takes pride in listening to each patient to create an individualized plan ready to achieve beautiful, natural results. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys traveling, working out, and dining at the newest trendy restaurants in town. Most importantly, she loves to spend time with her husband, son, family, friends and adorable golden retriever Clyde!
Jacqueline Walsingham
PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - CERTIFIED
Jacqueline Walsingham, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with a background in dermatology. Originally from Minnesota, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and master’s degree from South College in Nashville. Jacqueline gained experience in dermatology subspecialties in Denver and Naples before transitioning to aesthetic medicine. She’s known for her attention to detail, calming bedside manner, and expertise in creating personalized treatment plans for her patients. Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending her weekends on the water, trying new local cuisine, and traveling with her husband.
Anna Galvan
ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER
Anna Galvan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on medical aesthetics. She is highly experienced in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, BroadBand Light Therapy, and laser treatments. Anna received her nursing education from Florida Southwestern State College and her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. After joining the FIBB team, she trained under Ryann Lavenia, gaining expertise in advanced full-face rejuvenation techniques. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of skincare advancements, Anna is passionate about helping patients achieve radiant skin. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their maltipoo, Beau.
Sybil Shahriari
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Sybil Shahriari is a skilled lead aesthetician at Face It Botox Bar, specializing in HydraFacials, acne treatment with Face Reality, hair restoration, and various skincare modalities. With over 27 years in the beauty industry, she began her career as a cosmetologist at 19. After earning her AA degree and raising her two daughters in Cape Coral, Florida, she shifted her focus to medical aesthetics. Outside of work, Sybil enjoys gardening, birdwatching, football, traveling, and quality time with her family, and she’s excited to explore Pickleball soon.
Maria Torrocco
MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN
Maria Torocco is a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician and Laser Hair Specialist based in Fort Myers, Florida. Her journey in the beauty industry began in 2016, prompting her to earn her Facial Specialist License, followed by an Electrology Laser License in 2022. Among her impressive credentials, she holds a Master Certification in Hydrafacial, is a Face Reality certified Acne Specialist, and has certifications in Microneedling, RF Microneedling, and Tixel. Maria specializes in skin care, anti-aging, and rejuvenation treatments, continually updating her skills to provide optimal results for her clients. Beyond her professional life, Maria is a mother of three who draws inspiration from her Italian heritage, particularly her family’s culinary traditions. Kristen strives to create a calm and welcoming experience while delivering results-driven procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and cat, exercising, reading, enjoying outdoor activities, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Jessica, a Lee County native, has always been captivated by the beauty and skincare industry. Nikkie Branch, a dedicated entrepreneur and mother originally from Brooklyn, New York, relocated to Florida in 2000. She has worked in Health care for over six years as a medical assistant and has a profound understanding of health and wellness for both men and women. Nikkie is the proud owner of “Nik Nak’s Sweet Snacks,“where she delights clients at FIBB and beyond” with her exquisite confections. Liz Scholl
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Liz Scholl was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area who moved to SW Florida with her husband and daughter over 23 years ago. Liz is an experienced surgical coordinator with an extensive history in healthcare especially in Ophthalmology, and customer service. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in business, which has provided a strong foundation for effective office management, practice, and patient care coordination. Liz lives in Punta Gorda with her husband and her beloved dog Sadie. Outside of work Liz enjoys boating and fishing with her husband, embracing the tranquility of nature and the joy of shared adventures.

Tori, born and raised in Cape Coral, is one of our receptionists, bringing nearly 10 years of customer service experience and 6 years in the medical field to her role. She has a growing passion for health and wellness and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for all our clients. In her spare time, Tori loves spending time with her husband and two kids, visiting Disney, and attending hard rock concerts.

JR, a second-generation Fort Myers native, brings over 20 years of experience in medical management to her role. She lives in Estero with her husband of 18 years, their two children, a yellow lab named Ollie, and a blue and gold macaw named Gizmo. Outside of work, JR enjoys watching her daughter play softball, as well as boating, fishing, scuba diving, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Born and raised in Miami and moved to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Fitness as well as a master’s degree in Elementary Education. With 15 years of teaching and administrative experience and five years of management experience she brings a unique blend of expertise in both education and business. Outside of work, Karen is a proud wife and mother of two boys. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and cheering her boys on at their baseball games. She is passionate about balancing her professional life with personal growth.

Born in New Jersey moved to Fort Myers, Florida over 30 years ago. Over the years, Mindy has held various roles in sales, including administrative clerk, district manager, and assistant general manager. She has strong customer service skills and experience in event coordination. Mindy has been married to her husband for over 27 years, and together they have one son. In her spare time, Mindy enjoys spending time with her husband and son, experiencing new restaurants, and boating with friends.
