Ryann Lavenia

CRNA, APRN
FOUNDER & CEO

Ryann Lavenia, CRNA, APRN, is the president of Face It Botox Bar and an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 22 years of medical experience. As a master injector and national Allergan trainer, Ryann’s exceptional skills and expertise have earned her recognition as one of the top 500 Allergan Trainers for Botox and Fillers in the nation. Additionally, she serves as a Luminary Speaker and national trainer for Sciton, specializing in the use of Sciton laser devices for advanced skin treatment.

A Fort Myers native, Ryann attended Bishop Verot High School before becoming a Registered Nurse in Albany, NY. She graduated from the Albany Medical School Nurse Anesthesia Program and returned to Fort Myers in 2005 to begin her career as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Over the years, Ryann collaborated with cosmetic and plastic surgery specialists, eventually expanding her expertise in 2016 to include certifications in Botox and Dermal Fillers.

Outside of her work at FIBB, Ryann enjoys quality time with her husband and three boys. She is passionate about exercising, yoga, boating, fishing, and traveling, embracing life both in and out of the office.

Dawn Bowlin

Practice DIRECTOR - OPERATIONS

Dawn Bowlin was born and raised in Fort Myers Florida. She is an experienced clinical manager with a history of working in the healthcare industry and skilled in customer service, ophthalmology, medical devices, and strategic planning. Dawn lives in Buckingham with her significant other and their dog tater. Outside of work she enjoys boating, spending time with her son, country concerts, and traveling!

Amber Smith

PRACTICE DIRECTOR - ADMINISTRATION

Amber was born and raised here in Lee County. She is a graduate of North Fort Myers High School and attended Florida Southwestern University. She has spent the past 14 years in Medical Office Management. Amber is the proud mother of two children and the wife of her high school sweetheart. She enjoys working out, outdoor sports with her children and spending time with her family.

Jennifer Gault

Marketing / EVENTS COORDINATOR

A Florida native, Jennifer has been practicing as a Registered Dental Hygienist for the past 26 years and has her Bachelor’s Degree in Supervisory Management & Marketing. She has been implementing marketing strategies for her dental offices for over 10 years. She loves working with people and enjoys planning event & marketing for Face it Botox Bar. Jennifer lives in Fort Myers with her fiancé and has twin daughters that are NICU nurses. In her spare time she loves to workout, be with family, friends, attend country concerts and travel.

Alivia Wood

Patient Communications Coordinator

Alivia is an outgoing sales and marketing professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication, along with minors in Leadership and Health Promotion, from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She moved from Erie, Pennsylvania to Fort Myers in 2019 with her fiancé, Nick, their rescue dog, Violet, and their cat, Kurtis. Before joining FIBB, Alivia worked as a sleep expert at City Mattress in Naples and as a leasing and marketing manager with Greystar. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world with her fiancé, attending Dolphins football games, and snuggling with her fur-babies.

Tori Rosenbeck

Patient Care Coordinator

Tori, born and raised in Cape Coral, is one of our receptionists, bringing nearly 10 years of customer service experience and 6 years in the medical field to her role. She has a growing passion for health and wellness and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for all our clients. In her spare time, Tori loves spending time with her husband and two kids, visiting Disney, and attending hard rock concerts.

Jeanette Adams

Patient care Coordinator

JR, a second-generation Fort Myers native, brings over 20 years of experience in medical management to her role. She lives in Estero with her husband of 18 years, their two children, a yellow lab named Ollie, and a blue and gold macaw named Gizmo. Outside of work, JR enjoys watching her daughter play softball, as well as boating, fishing, scuba diving, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jala’lee Rivera

Patient Care Coordinator

Jala’lee, born and raised in Fort Myers, is a Licensed Full Facial Specialist with expertise in both aesthetics and nail technology. With a year of experience, she is passionate about growing in the aesthetics industry. When she’s not at FIBB helping clients feel more confident, she enjoys doing lash extensions or watching Disney movies with her 3-year-old daughter.

Liz Scholl

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Liz Scholl was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area who moved to SW Florida with her husband and daughter over 23 years ago. Liz is an experienced surgical coordinator with an extensive history in healthcare especially in Ophthalmology, and customer service. Liz holds a bachelor’s degree in business, which has provided a strong foundation for effective office management, practice, and patient care coordination. Liz lives in Punta Gorda with her husband and her beloved dog Sadie. Outside of work Liz enjoys boating and fishing with her husband, embracing the tranquility of nature and the joy of shared adventures.

Madison Caron

Patient Care Coordinator

Madison Caron is currently one of FIBB’s Patient Care Coordinators but is also a licensed medical aesthetician. Madison is certified in phlebotomy and licensed in laser hair removal. Madi is originally from Wisconsin but is now a Florida girl at her core. When she isn’t working, you can find her enjoying the outdoors or traveling with her friends!

Kellie Girnys

ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER

Kellie Girnys, APRN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in vascular surgery and advanced aesthetics. Originally from Georgia, she earned her BSN at Kennesaw State University and her MSN at the University of Alabama Birmingham. After starting her career in Orlando, Kellie moved to Fort Myers, where she expanded her expertise to include certifications in toxins, dermal fillers, and various laser therapies. Kellie lives in Fort Myers with her husband and daughter. She enjoys traveling, photography, beach days, and cheering on her favorite sports team, the Georgia Bulldogs.

Krysta Defty

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Krysta Defty, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with a strong background in surgical subspecialties. Originally from Minnesota, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Truman State University in Missouri and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. After spending the first decade of her career in surgery, Krysta transitioned to aesthetic medicine, where she is passionate about helping patients enhance their natural beauty and wellness. Krysta lives in Fort Myers with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys traveling, fitness, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.

Hannah Dierksheide

ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER

Hannah Dierksheide, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Fort Myers. She has a BSN from Florida Gulf Coast University and gained ICU experience at Cleveland Clinic before earning her Master’s in Nursing in 2019. Since 2020, Hannah has specialized in neurotoxin treatments, dermal fillers, BBL, and lasers. Known for her personalized care, she ensures patients achieve natural, beautiful results. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, working out, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, family, and golden retriever, Clyde.

Jacqueline Walsingham

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Jacqueline Walsingham, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate with a background in dermatology. Originally from Minnesota, she earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and master’s degree from South College in Nashville. Jacqueline gained experience in dermatology subspecialties in Denver and Naples before transitioning to aesthetic medicine. She’s known for her attention to detail, calming bedside manner, and expertise in creating personalized treatment plans for her patients. Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending her weekends on the water, trying new local cuisine, and traveling with her husband.

Anna Galvan

ADVANCED REGISTERED NURSE PRACTITIONER

Anna Galvan is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus on medical aesthetics. She is highly experienced in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, BroadBand Light Therapy, and laser treatments. Anna received her nursing education from Florida Southwestern State College and her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. After joining the FIBB team, she trained under Ryann Lavenia, gaining expertise in advanced full-face rejuvenation techniques. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of skincare advancements, Anna is passionate about helping patients achieve radiant skin. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband and their maltipoo, Beau.

Sybil Shahriari

Medical Aesthetician

Sybil Shahriari is a skilled lead aesthetician at Face It Botox Bar, specializing in HydraFacials, acne treatment with Face Reality, hair restoration, and various skincare modalities. With over 27 years in the beauty industry, she began her career as a cosmetologist at 19. After earning her AA degree and raising her two daughters in Cape Coral, Florida, she shifted her focus to medical aesthetics. Outside of work, Sybil enjoys gardening, birdwatching, football, traveling, and quality time with her family, and she’s excited to explore Pickleball soon.

Maria Torrocco

MEDICAL Aesthetician

Maria Torocco is a skilled medical aesthetician and laser hair specialist with a career that began in 2016. She holds a Facial Specialist License and an Electrology Laser License, along with certifications in Hydrafacial, Microneedling, RF Microneedling, Tixel, and is a Face Reality certified Acne Specialist. Specializing in skincare, anti-aging, and rejuvenation, Maria stays updated on the latest techniques to ensure the best results for her clients. A mother of three, she enjoys cooking, boating, and traveling, drawing inspiration from her Italian heritage and embracing the vibrant Southwest Florida lifestyle.

Kristen Charboneau

Medical Aesthetician / MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Kristen, originally from Missouri, moved to Southwest Florida nine years ago and has embraced the Sunshine State ever since. With a lifelong passion for beauty, health, and wellness, she combines this passion with her compassion for people in the treatment room. Kristen strives to create a calm and welcoming experience while delivering results-driven procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and cat, exercising, reading, enjoying outdoor activities, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Jessica Sipes

Medical Aesthetician / Medical Assistant

Jessica, a Lee County native, has always been captivated by the beauty and skincare industry. With a foundation in Cosmetology, she furthered her education as a Facial Specialist and received additional training in Medical Aesthetics. Her service philosophy is to ensure every client leaves feeling confident and informed about their skin. Passionate about helping others achieve their skincare goals, Jessica is grateful for the opportunity to work in an industry she loves, supported by her family. Outside of work, she enjoys Florida’s beaches and spending time with her Australian Shepherd, Aspen.

Jess Cook

Medical Assistant

Jess trained as a medical assistant at the International Skin Beauty Academy in Schaumburg, IL, before starting her career at a leading dermatology office in Chicago. There, she honed her skills in surgery and cosmetic dermatology, working alongside skilled practitioners. Jess is passionate about building genuine connections with her patients, taking pride in educating them to help achieve their goals while feeling confident and beautiful. In her free time, Jess enjoys taking advantage of the many outdoor activities that the Sunshine State has to offer.

LaReina Tarman

MEDICAL ASSISTANT

LaReina is one of our medical assistants who has lived in Cape Coral for 17 years after moving from her home state of North Carolina. She has a license and degree in respiratory therapy, as well as a degree in health sciences from Grand Canyon University. LaReina recently became a medical assistant in aesthetics after 30+ years of respiratory therapy in critical care in NC and FL.

She enjoys taking care of her patients and loves when she can take that extra step to ensure her patients are comfortable and leave smiling. She lives with her husband and spoiled Plott Hound, Justice. When not at work, LaReina enjoys the mountains, beaches, and traveling.
